Jingle Jared & Jeff Peters

Recently, Jingle Punks had the honor of being asked to create a song for the new Apogee Duet 2 video. Jingle Jared happily accepted and along with the Jeff Peters, a JP composer, was able to create the soundbed for the Apogee’s video in less than 24 hours. Both the song and the video came out great to say the least, and we are happy to bring you a behind-the-scenes look at the creative process that went into making the music. Check out the video below of Jingle Jared and Jeff using the brand new Apogee Duet 2 and getting their “Jingle on!” You can also read Apogee’s own Chris Lawson’s very well-written piece on how the video came together HERE.

MLB Network teams up with Jingle Punks

Monday, February 8th, 2010

Jingle Punks teamed up with the Major League Baseball Network for a project about spring training. The MLB Network asked for a song to underscore a promo that highlights all 30 baseball clubs in 30 days. By combining this theme with some trademark rock n roll riffage, the Jingle Punks wrote and recorded “Out on the Road” right here in the JP offices. “Out on the Road” was the initial tune, and with the addition of lyrical content about the return of summer and teams heading back into action, the Jingle Punks team crafted a catchy rock jingle. PLAY BALL!!

Guitar Center GAIN Artist of the Month

Thursday, September 24th, 2009

Jingle Punks has recently announced a strategic partnership with Guitar Center which involves GC sending us music by employees of theirs from across the country.

An Inconvenient Polar Bear

An Inconvenient Polar Bear

We recently put one of these bands in the spotlight on our homepage because we feel they are a band worthy of some Jingle loving. In their own words ” An Inconvenient Polar Bear is like a strong arctic wind blowing in from north and taking the country by storm. Funny thing is they’re from LA? With their new EP, An Inconvenient Polar Bear debuts an enthralling new sound to the music world–a seamless blend of punk, funk, crunk, electronica.” Sounds like a mouthful… and we’ll take it. We hope that more of these Guitar Center bands continue to bring us their A material so we can place them in shows and get them some exposure.

What Would You Do?

Thursday, July 23rd, 2009

Yes.  It’s an age old question.  What would you do for a Klondike Bar?  Jingle Punks digs deep and tries to answer this question in a series of new spots for Klondike which we have heard are airing on Comedy Central in conjunction with Michael Ian Black and Michael Showalter’s new series.  You can check out the first of 4 here.
Jingle Punks provides the music for this series of Klondike ads hosted by Michael Ian Black.
