The Food Network kicked off 2012 with the premiere of their latest series “Rachel vs. Guy: Celebrity Cook-Off“. The first episode aired on Sunday night at it’s regular time of 9p EST/8p CST and featured music from Jingle Punks. The show is hosted by celebrity chefs, and team captains, Rachel Ray and Guy Fieri who compete via their teams to see who is the best cooking mentor. The winning celebrity team member will also receive $50,000 toward the charity of their choice. Jingle Punks is excited about the premiere of the Oprah Winfrey Network‘s latest reality series “Party at Tiffany’s”. The series, which is set to premiere on OWN Saturday December 3 at 10p EST/PST, is Jingle Punks’ first with the network however we have placed music with them before. U.S. cable net OWN: Oprah Winfrey Network will launch the six-episode series Party at Tiffany’s (pictured), set around girls’ party planner Tiffany Young, on December 3.

The half-hour series premieres with two episodes back-to-back before it settles into its regular time period on December 10 at 9 p.m. EST. It is produced by Entertainment One, with executive producers John Morayniss, Michael Kot and Tara Long.

Party planner Young is the owner of the Pink Pastry Parlor in Atlanta, Georgia, which caters to specialty parties for all ages. Over the course of the series, viewers will see a “Poodles in Paris” birthday party, a slumber party, and a party for a 12-year-old recording artist. The premiere episode features the party planners putting together a Latin dance party for a girl’s seventh birthday.

“Her goal is to celebrate pink power and female empowerment through dessert, entertainment and socialite-ing,” says the network of Young.

Just in time for the premier of the latest season of Real Housewives of Atlanta comes this great RealScreen.com article on Jingle Punks! The article touches on the companies amazing growth and attributes our early success to working on shows such as Real Housewives and Pawn Stars early on. JP is no stranger to the TV world and we’re gearing up for a big fall season with premiers from Fashion Star and the Onion News Network.  Both shows premier tonight, Tuesday, October 4, with Fashion Hunters making its debut on Bravo at 10:30p EST and Onion News Network kicking off it’s second season at 10p EST on IFC.  JP had a large hand in both shows providing custom music as well as music from our library.  We even composed Fashion Hunters’ theme music! Check your local listing and be sure to tune in this season.

‘Onion News Network’ Season 2 Premieres Tonight Just In Time For The End Of The World

Recently, long-time Jingle Punks artist, Mike Errico, was placed in the MTV reality drama Teen Mom.  Mike is no stranger to placements but this one ended up being more than meets the eye.  His song, “You Could Be Anywhere,” which was featured in the finale of episode 3, ended up catching the ears of the good people over at iTunes.  They liked Mike’s song enough to post about it on their Facebook page, informing over 16 million fans about Mike’s music and almost crashing his website!  Don’t be the last to find out about this great song, make sure you stop by Mike’s site/iTunes and check out “You Could Be Anywhere”.

Nick Knight, Volt Magazine 'Visionaries'

Volt Magazine has released the latest video in their Blackberry presented “Visionaries” series and this one features SHOWstudio director, Nick Knight. Knight is a British born photographer best known for his work with fashion, as well as his online fashion broadcasting company, SHOWstudio.com, which pioneered live fashion media. The “Visionaries” series is a collection of short films celebrating the cultural influences of art and fashion. This latest installment features music from Jingle Punks artists Julian Reid, Chris Hodges, IMILLY, and Hot Acid Alien Lust Bomb. Check out the video below and drop us a comment.

One of our favorite new shows is Bully Beatdown on MTV. It helps that this is a show that:

A- We do music for
B- Involves Bully’s getting their asses whooped by MMA fighters for cash and cheap laughs
C- Is bringing back the Rawk to MTV

And one of our favorite bands of the moment is Angus Kahn. These guys are rude, loud and rock really really hard. So it’s no surprise that Bully Beatdown is featuring their debut single “Big Balls” in this Thursday’s episode during the MMA fighter intro.
